                  Fullerton police officers have been formally charged in the beating death of Kelly Thomas, a homeless who suffered from schizophrenia. In Memory of Kelly Thomas, Enact Laura's Law

Kelly Thomas had a severe mental illness, stopped treatment, became homeless, and now has died at the hands of the Fullerton, California police. He was living on the streets because he was disabled by untreated schizonphrenia. It is important to remember that Kelly Thomas had parents and siblings who had to watch this happen.
